The 2017 Holiday Expo will be Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Lakeshore.  We are fully booked!  The following info is for registered vendors.

Please arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 AM to set up your booth on Saturday morning or setup Friday between 4PM-8PM.  Lakeshore is not responsible for merchandise left in the building.  The Expo will be open from 9:00-3:00.  Please do not leave before 3:00PM.

Booth rental does not include tables. If you rent one of our tables, it will be set up in your booth when you arrive.  Chairs will be provided.

Subletting/sharing booth space is not permitted.  Your booth may not extend into the aisles.  Please do not leave your booth unattended. You may not change the category or general content of booth merchandise without prior approval.

If you are providing a doorprize, please leave it at the front desk before 9 AM.  Doorprizes will be drawn every 15 minutes throughout the day.

Vendor hospitality will be in room A-4 (located behind the Cafe). Free coffee and water is available at the Cafe. Food will be available for purchase from food vendors.  Wifi is available.

This is a free event to the public. Proceeds from booth rentals benefit MOPs of Lakeshore. Thank you for supporting this ministry to moms.
